  • Delivery time: FedEx: 3 to 7 business days. Japan Post: 8 to 20 business days.
  • Carrier: FedEx Express (cheaper but slower Japan Post shipping is also available for some regions)
  • Duties, taxes and import fees: US customers: the price you pay at checkout includes all of these costs. Rest of the world: you may need to pay taxes or duties to accept your parcel, depending on your country's regulations.

Introduction

All orders from Fujinote are shipped from Tokyo, Japan. We offer various shipping options to meet your needs, wherever you are in the world. Our goal is to provide fast and reliable shipping so your order arrives safely and on time.

Order Fulfillment

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days.

Please note that any orders placed on Fridays will be processed the following Monday. Orders made during Japanese National Holidays will be fulfilled on the next available business day.

Backordered Items

Backordered items are temporarily out of stock but still available to purchase. When you place an order for a backordered product, we will restock it as soon as possible. This may lead to a slight delay of 1–2 business days in fulfilling your order.

Shipping Delays During High Volume Periods

Because we’re a small team, large volumes of orders can occasionally cause brief delays in shipping and processing. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during these busy times. We’re always working hard to get your orders out quickly and with care.

International Shipping

We provide shipping using FedEx Express' international service to all areas. For some regions, we also provide a cheaper but slower shipping option by Japan Post International.

Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your package to be delivered via FedEx. For Japan Post, the timing can vary significantly but is usually around 10 business days; please allow up to 21 business days for delivery in rare cases.

Shipping Couriers

We primarily ship using FedEx Express international postage and Japan Post International ePacket Light.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated automatically in your local currency at checkout based on your total order value. We have a sliding scale system where higher value orders will have lower shipping fees, since we cover more of the shipping cost for higher value orders.

Shipping Availability

Shipping options may occasionally be limited based on current logistics conditions. We’ll keep you updated on any changes and aim to make all options available whenever possible.

Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

US customers: Duties and taxes are calculated when you checkout with us. Any required taxes or extra costs are included in your final order price - no more additional costs will be required to accept your parcel.

Rest of the world: you may be asked to pay additional VAT, taxes or duties in order to accept your parcel, depending on your country's regulations.
